Orders shipping to major cities arrive faster, while rural areas will take longer.  During COVID-19, shipments may experience production delays.

All orders are based on estimated delivery dates, orders that arrive after the estimated date will not be refunded for missing these dates. We will, however, do our best to ship on these dates and to communicate any issues that may lead to a later order if possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee expedited and rush orders, as we cannot guarantee the delivery dates of these orders.

We will under no circumstances allow changes to orders after an order is placed.

While we strive to show colours of garments on our website accurately, the actual colour of any merchandise may vary from what is show on our website, including, but not limited to colour (dye to lots) and sizing.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 placed on the website.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer rush shipping as we cannot guarantee the delivery dates of these orders.

The standard delivery for a product is 7-8 business days.
