Return Policy

Customers can submit any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within five (5) days after receiving the product. Customers must submit all claims no later than ten (10) days after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. If an error is deemed LeBlanc Avenue’s error, LeBlanc Avenue will replace at our expense.

We are unable to provide any returns for sizing issues or buyers remorse on any custom printed products. The customer is liable to check and confirm the sizing charts provided on the product pages and ensure the design is to their specification prior to finalizing the order. If a customer has a question or concern item for a sizing chart that does not appear, then please contact [email protected]. If your order does not look like, within a fair limit, the online image at the time of checkout. In that case, we can reprint your order at no extra charge, provided that the original merchandise is returned to us (at LeBlanc Avenue’s expense).

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address: If the customer provides an address that the courier is considered insufficient, the shipment will be returned to LeBlanc Avenue. The customer will be responsible for any costs related to reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our LeBlanc Avenue, and you will be responsible for any cost related to reshipping.

Exchanges
LeBlanc Avenue does not offer exchanges on printed items. Exchanges will be accepted on non-printed items and customers are responsible for paying a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to LeBlanc Avenue. Once the product(s) have been received undamaged by LeBlanc Avenue, then exchanges can be made.

Cancellations
LeBlanc Avenue does not offer cancellations under any circumstances. Most orders are made-to-order, and the process begins immediately after an order is placed. If you have a question about a cancellation of an order, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to see if we can accommodate a cancellation request. Please note that we cannot guarantee.
